The Client Portal will give The Human Factor, LLC’s employer clients a single secure place to see active engagements, download deliverables, review program metrics, and manage authorized users from their team.
It’s a separate, distinct workspace from the Candidate Portal — that one is for individuals receiving outplacement and career services. The Client Portal is for the organizations engaging The Human Factor, LLC.
What it will include
- Live status of every active engagement
- Watermarked, view-only delivery of all program materials
- Engagement reporting — outplacement outcomes, coaching milestones, survey results
- Authorized-user management for your HR and leadership teams

While the Client Portal is in development, all employer-client materials are delivered via secure email or shared directly with named contacts.
